Blue floral button up skirt

Beautiful blue button up skirt that lays about at my ankles at 5’2” I bought it second hand and fell in love only to find out it’s about two sizes to big. Although the tag says large I was swimming in it. I’m estimating it’s closer to a XL or XXL. I’m assuming the back elastic has worn out a bit but that would be the only damage I’ve found. It’s in beautiful condition and is hard to part with but I hope it makes someone else very happy. The measurements are as follows laying down Waist: 18 inches stretchy Waist to end: 37 inches But like I said it does stretch quite a bit and does it a bit big. Also it has pockets!
