Blue floral dress

Blue dress with elastic waist. Comes with matching ribbon / belt. Pretty pink, beige, brown, yellow, and orange flowers pattern. Light, flowing fabric. Adjustable shoulder straps. Some threads are lose on the straps (see picture).
