Blue floral dress

Easy breezy blue and white dress from Charming Charlie. Falls right at the knee and never worn. measurements taken laying the dress flat: 17.5" across the front at seam under bust/higher waist, 21" across the front of bust, 21.5" from the seam under bust/waist to bottom of dress, 37.5" from shoulder to bottom of dress.
