Blue floral dress with tie at waist

Beautiful summer or spring dress that comes just above the knee. The waist has some, but not a lot of give. There is a tie at the waist. Beautiful little button details. In person, the dress has a slightly more blue tint (photos appear blue/gray- but it’s definitely more blue). Excellent condition! Marked as a size 10P, but has fit me at sizes 2,4, and 6.
