Blue floral high low dress. Top layer is sheer with an adjustable strap slip dress attached under. Few minor imperfections as picture on the bottom but barely noticeable. Elastic cinched waist. Shoulders to high length in the front is about 31 inches. Shoulders to low point in the back is about 36 inches. Armpit to armpit measurement is about 17 inches.
