Blue floral high-low dress

This is a High-Low dress from a small boutique on Newbury Street in Boston. The pattern is floral with some other chain/belt pattern on it. It's pretty short in the front like a mini dress and longer in the back. There's a blue lining inside. I think the outside fabric is silk and the inside liner is polyester. Worn only a few times.
