Blue floral sheath dress with capped sleeves XS

This is a blue floral sheath dress with capped sleeves. I am 5’9” and it hits me about 2 inches above the knee. The back has a double zipper (from the bottom and top). Don’t remember what the brand is, but I did purchase it from Nordstrom.
