Blue floral vintage dress

Vintage blue flower dress. Super pretty in perfect condition. I got it at a vintage market and couldn’t try it on before buying and it’s just a tad too small for me. I would say this is best for someone who is a size 4 or a small. Has a really pretty ruffle on the bottom with a zipper in the back.
