Gorgeous floral patterned romper (looks like dress) button still attached (literally has never been worn) It has shoulder pads because yes it’s truly VINTAGE! Brand: Newport News. 100% rayon. Says dry clean only. Super elegant and soft lightweight material. I am so psyched for its new owner!
