Blue floral/ruffle short sleeve dress, size M

This dress runs large. I wore it once to an even when I was a size Large, and now that I am usually a size Medium it's too big. This is great if you have a bigger bust too. Smocked waist with a tie. Pretty ruffle sleeves. This is not lined.
