Blue flower maxi dress

Vintage 90s blue dress with flowers. 54 inches from top of straps, sleeveless dress. The front neckline is higher and the back is a v-neck. Very beautiful and elegant. It has purple flowers and the blue looks kind of like clouds on a summer day. My sister wore this on our cruise to Alaska in 1997, so you know it has some stories to tell!!
