Blue formal dress

This is a blue and silver formal dress. Tag says size 1, but I wore it when I was a size 4. I have never been a size 1 in my life, lol. Minor signs of wear on the bottom near your feet (can be seen in the second picture). Its a very beautiful dress. I wore it to a college formal. I’m a very short person (5’2”) and it fits me well, so I listed it as petite. See measurements for details. Bust: 27" Waist: 22" Length: 43" from bottom of bust to the floor
