Blue formal dress - pretty for weddings, military ball, or proms size 1/2

This dress has a pretty blue shade. More of a cobalt or perhaps royal blue. On the back of dress I noticed things like snags and the part to snap dress together doesn’t seem to be too sturdy but I bet it can be fixed. The snags didn’t seem to bad or noticeable so this is only good for someone who wouldn’t mind reposhing if it’s not a good fit. This dress is in used condition.
