Blue formal dress with silver beadwork and scallop hem. Beautiful dress to wear to a wedding or cocktail party. Gorgeous rich shade of blue- a subdued cobalt hue. Cold shoulder chiffon layer is light but is a nice layer to add shape. Super flattering! Main part of dress is a polyester fabric with good stretch (see next to last pic with chiffon layer pulled back).Fully lined (see last pic). EUC- worn once to a wedding!
