Blue halter gown.

Blue halter gown with pretty beading on the front. There is the halter tie that has a nice detail and can be let loose or tied through the loops on the side of the dress which is shown in the pictures. It is a size 12 and is still in great condition. There are a few loose strings but not to the point of coming apart. Same for the beading/sequins. There are a few that a little loose but not coming off and you can’t tell that they are loose unless looking up close. There is a blue slip attached under as well.
