Blue haltered gown

Beautiful blue/aqua watercolor gown. Halter neck with zip up back. Unsure on exact sizing. I would say medium size. I bought it on clearance at a wedding/bridesmaid/prom dress store to have altered and never ended up needing it. It’s 47” from waist to bottom of the dress. I am 5’2” and 115 lbs and the dress is big on me. Never worn and has been in a bag- perfect condition.
