Blue handmade sweater

Handmade turtleneck sweater. No size listed but I’m usually a small (35-26-37) and it is like an intentionally oversized fit on me. My dress form is an XS for reference, and I think it would look cute on a medium as well. 22” across pit to pit. Feels like it’s made from cotton or a cotton blend. Pulled thread on hem — see photos.
