Blue heart shaped cut out dress. Only worn twice. 2 small make up stains on inside. No stains visible on outside of dress. May be able to get rid of with dry cleaning. Open to offers need to sell because moving :) Size 8 in European that would be equal to a 0 or 2 in America. Not from Nordstrom only used for publicity
