Blue high low evening dress with belt. Size S/M

Periwinkle blue high low dress with lace in front and back. Elastic blue and gold belt matches perfectly with this beautiful dress! Not sure what size (no tags) as I got it as a gift. Fits a S/M. For reference- I am 5'3, 115lbs (26 waist, 34B bust) and this dress runs a little big on me size and length wise. Only worn twice, in mint condition
