Blue high low skirt

This skirt is shorter in the front, long and flowy in the back. It has an inner, opaque layer and the outer layer is a bit more sheer. It is not see- through around the hips area. The top is stretchy and can be higher or lower depending on where you decide to place the band. Rarely worn: maybe once or twice! Good condition.
