Blue hi-low floral wrap dress

Lovely floral wrap dress, just in time for summer. Flattering and adjustable as the waist has a tie. Minor rip that I used a safety pin to keep in place, but would be an easy fix. Could not tell it was ripped when safety pin is in place. Questions? Feel free to ask!
