Blue lace Abercrombie and Fitch crop top

It looks black in some of the pictures but it is blue. The first picture is the most accurate color. I'm not sure if it is meant to be a crop top but I am 5'9 and it is short on me. However if you are shorter it may be a regular length shirt!
