Blue lace and black peplum Kate Young dress

💕NWOT💕 I bought this dress because I loved it so much, but never got a chance to wear it. Such a gorgeous piece!! Gorgeous navy blue lace peplum over a gorgeous black satin pencil skirt bottom. Cute large gold zipper in back gives this classy dress some edge💕 Can be worn with the black spaghetti straps or as a strapless. The bodice is fully boned and has a strip of ribber along the top to help keep it in place. The peplum bodice is SO beautifully constructed 😍The pictures do not give justice
