Blue lace high/low dress

This dress is lace with thick nude dress material under the lace. It has spaghetti straps at the shoulders and is a high/low style that hits just below the knee in the front. It is very high quality and feels that way! It was a gift to me but I no longer have use for it. It has only been worn twice. (Model is 5’8”). Shoulder to Hem front: 37” Shoulder to Hem back: 45” Shoulder to waist: 13.5” Waist 26”
