“Morgan and Co” dress. Long length with high neck line. Very stretchy and has padding in the bra area. Lace on whole dress and has solid dark blue color on all areas except the mid section and below the knees. Also has a slip in the front that was stitched together part of the way. Has a zipper in the back that goes all the was up to the neckline. Bought from Dillards.
