Blue leopard blouse

Blouse is cute and does not snug on arms. It is sheer, so wear a Cami underneath. Color is more of a blue-ish green. Blouse is made from polyester, which I can't do. It was given as a gift, and never worn unfortunately. Comes from Smoke-free and Pet-free home.
