Blue linen dress

NWT - Frill mini dress in blue with eyelet pattern. Straps not adjustable, double lined tiered skirt with front tying bow. Zipper is on back and is hidden. Beautiful and flattering dress, perfect for spring/summer/bridal shower or baby shower. Runs small. Nothing wrong with item, I got the wrong size and missed return window.
