Blue long sleeve shirt with shoulder openings

Another purchase a long time ago from a random site. A very pretty blue shirt with opening on shoulders. Because of the material I feel like it could be better for a 1x even though it says 2x. There is stretch to it. P2P is 20.5 inches it’s 65% cotton and 35% polyester. On the bottom there is like a little roll up part of the shirt. If any questions let me know.
