Blue maxi skirt with white stripes

This skirt is from the Merona brand in Target. It is made from Rayon and Spandex, super comfortable! The top has ruched sides for a cute statement as well as to fit the form. I only wore this once as I sized up and it is not fit properly. Originally paid 35
