Blue midi/mini flowy dress

Adorable blue and off white vintage patterned dress. The material is flowy and good for all seasons! Great for summer, but thick enough to pair with some tights for fall. Great european travel dress (that's the only time I ever wore it!) In amazing condition. I am 5'9 and size small so take that into account when considering the length. It's not exactly mini, but also not midi? it goes mid thigh and almost to my knees. It fits like a medium. No known flaws!
