V neck /revealing toward chest and half-way down. Same in the back, this can be worn with a lace type bralet or however you choose. About 3 inches above the knee. This dress does stretch/some polyester. The little elastic tie that goes around the main button for the dress, snapped off. Just needs sewed on really.

jntanderson hi @mrsvic10 i am 5'4" 1/2 . I am curvier in the hip area , so this did not fit on me the way it did the model on the Windsor website. The model was at least 5'6" i think.

jntanderson @mrsvic10 For my height and built this dress is about 2-3 inches above my knees at least. Hope that gives you a better idea .
