Blue off the shoulder top

Blue off the shoulder top from Francesca’s. I think it’s so cute, but I don’t wear it enough. Has little ties on the ends of the sleeves. Has an opening in the back. Some of the thread in the back is worn, but can be easily fixed and is not noticeable:))
