Blue off-the-shoulder top

Almost a chambray, but instead of buttons, you get lace down the front! Here's an adorable off-the-shoulder neckline with girly sleeves for a little more coverage. Both sleeves have elastic around the wrists (for some reason the elastic on the left is a little looser than the right sleeve -- don't know why.)
