Blue one shoulder dress

This dress is gorgeous, super well made and super flattering. It is a pretty blue color with a cute one shoulder design that has a fun strap and flirty flutter sleeve. The body is fitted with ruching that makes it more flattering and adds some fun detail. It hits around mid thigh and is size medium but I would say it runs a little on the larger size of medium and is stretchy. Great condition, only worn once. Would make an excellent dress for homecoming or another special occasion. Offers welcome
