Blue organic ocean pattern dress

Size XS organic ocean texture print blue dress. 3/4 sleeve, v-neck, back button closure. drawstring at waist with ties. pockets! I ripped the tag off so don't remember what the brand is. Beautiful pattern/art, similar to tie-die but more elegant. Deep blue looks like ocean. Great for a beach vacation as a dress for the night out, or a swim suit cover up. black lining under skirt part. Pit to end of 3/4sleeve: 11". Waist width from side to side where drawstring hits: 16". Waist to bottom: 16"
