Blue pants with velvet detail

So I’ll be honest I think my boyfriend bought these in the women’s section of a clothing exchange by us. He won’t wear them anymore but they’re super rad and I wish they fit me lol. It says they’re a size medium but I wear a 27 waist and they’re too big on me :/ I’m 5”10 and the length is perfect with a nice flare at the bottom. Figure someone could find something to do with them!
