Blue party/prom Dress

This dress is absolutely fabulously. Bought it for a wedding used it once. The top part is sheer but not exactly see through. Has a zipper on the back and very detailed slit. It has a double train on the back one that is part of the main dress then another one on top for extra length. U can have the second part removed if u don't like all that fabric. Waist 13in No flaws. Open to reasonable offers
