🔴 Blue patterned palazzo pants

Cato brand blue patterned palazzo pants Size S, I typically wear a L or 12/14 pant and these fit me without being too tight Not sure what the material is, I couldn’t find the care tag I cut the length off the legs as they were too long for me but never got them hemmed. I’m 5’4” and after I cut them they come to the top of my foot maybe an inch off the floor 🔴 free with bundle!
