Blue patterned stretch knee length dress

Dress hits right above the knees. Blue, black, cream and silver tones in the fabric. 96% polyester and 4% spandex. This makes a great work dress since covers the shoulders and the neckline is not very low (although I wore it with a tank underneath). Does not wrinkle or stretch out!
