Blue peacock print vintage inspired dress

This is a charming, 50's-60's inspired dress. The fabric is a blue peacock feather print in a lightweight cotton. The designer is Tracy Wilkinson whose label was called 'Mon petit Oiseau', which was producing clothes from 1999-2008. It is a size small and it measures 15.5" from center shoulder to waist seam and 35" from center shoulder to hem. The bust measures about 36" (which means your bust should be in the 30-34 range, I would guess, because it is not meant to be super fitted. The waist measures 28", so your waist should be less than 28". It is in excellent condition.
