Blue pleated Spring ready dress!

From "hello miss", this is a super cute Spring ready dress. Chiffon material with a liner, the top is in a pretty navy blue and the bottom a tan color with pleated details. I'm 5'4 and it hits me just a tad above the knee. Perfect for spring!! (Runs bigger for a looser fit)
