Blue poka dot dress

this is a strappy poka dot navy blue dress. The straps are unique and have this rope twisty thing going on .. its super fun. there are straps that tie to pull in the dress at the waist and the dress hits right below the knee. its light weight and a great summer dress to wear to a wedding.
