Blue polka dot dress (with pockets!)

Such a cute dress. Blue with light green polka dots. Pockets are actually quite roomy and useful. Elastic cinching to define waistline is not super tight or uncomfortable! Falls about knee length or so. Lightweight and great for warmer weather days! Only worn a couple of times, too.
