Blue prom dress. Size-Large. Only worn once!

Blue prom/formal/homecoming dress. With silver hand beading/gems. Size- Large. My sister wore this gorgeous dress to prom! Only worn once! She absolutely loved it. Has built in bra cups. Looks like around a b or c cup. Can be worn with straps or strapless. Back has a zipper and also the tie up portion to tighten if you would like to wear strapless! (My sister did wear it strapless). The inside of bra cups at top also has the rubbery texture so it can stay up! Also not sure what those extra pieces are in the last pic but they came with the dress when we bought it.
