Blue prom dress or Pageant gown

Silk material, stunning blue in color, perfect detailing, and just enough sparkle! This dress will turn heads, I wore it 3 times and received countless compliments! In perfect condition and has been dry cleaned. Small train that has a straps to hold it up while walking and in the front there is a slit but not cut too high. Very princess jasmine inspired! I was more of a size 0/2 when I wore this dress and I'm a 4/6 now and still fits. Can comes with shawl/scarf, that's never been worn for free.
