Blue puffer vest with warm lining

This blue puffer vest has cute little frills and ruffle around the top so it looks feminine with a high collar and warm fuzzy lining and it’s actually warm! Two large outer pockets and snap button closure. Size Small but would probably fit M too. This is a great vest that looks stylish yet comfy and keeps you warm.
