Blue, purple and black dress

Blue, purple and black dress with spotted design. Ruffle accent on the top of the dress in both the front and back. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Singes in at the waist. The dress is too tight for me, so it will fit looser on someone who is smaller than I am. I am 5 foot 3 and the dress is roughly 8 inches from my knee. Worn only a few times. Some loose strings in threading on the bottom of the dress, underneath.
