Blue rain blouse from francescas boutique

Purchased this 3 months ago for $48 and I've only worn it once. It's a very flattering shirt, esspecially with the unique hem line and the medium depth v. It's a lightweight material, perfect for spring. All the pattern is stitched so it looks very intricate and eye catching in person without being over the top flashy. I live in texas and it's already to here for me to wear long sleeves, otherwise I'd keep it. No tears stains or loose threads of any kind.
