Blue & red plaid shirt dress

Red, white, and blue shirt dress - colors are deeper and not quite as bright as the pictures look. Very soft, light material. Fits closer to a 3X/22 but it's a straight silhouette so very forgiving. Has belt loops on each hip (just a thick thread, can also be cut off easily).
