Blue romper with lace detail

Pretty blue romper with lace detail on sleeve and at leg. Top has a burn mark from an iron. ( unfortunately used a hotel iron that left the mark ) Worn once with the mark. ( loved this piece so much I couldn’t let it go to waste) was not very noticeable when on. Otherwise in good condition! Bought from Francesca’s
